White Bread Flour

Higher-gluten flour that delivers an elastic, chewy crumb. The bakery workhorse.

In the trade, we're Bake Rite.
Bake Rite is the name our cake flour goes by in the bakery trade. It's been on the bags since the early years of the mill, and for many of the bakeries, wholesalers and institutions who buy from us, it's the brand they associate with the company.
