Cake Flour
Soft, fine, low-protein — pastry's best friend.
Milled from softer wheat varieties to give a fine, tender crumb. Lower protein and gluten content make it ideal for cakes, biscuits, scones, muffins, and short pastries — anywhere you want a soft texture rather than chew. Sold to bakeries, wholesalers and institutions under our Bake Rite trade brand.

White Bread Flour
Higher gluten — the bakery workhorse.
Strong wheat, milled to a consistent grade for elastic doughs and a chewy crumb. The flour that drives daily production in bakeries across KZN.

Brown Bread Flour
More bran, more flavour, more fibre.
Includes a higher proportion of bran and wheat germ for nuttier flavour, denser texture, and a higher-fibre loaf. The healthier-bread choice for bakeries.

Bran
High-fibre, straight from the mill.
A natural by-product of wheat milling, rich in fibre. Supplied in 20kg bags for bakery and retail use, or blown directly into bulk trucks for feed-mill and large-volume customers.

Pollard
Coarser, nutrient-rich milling stream.
A coarser milling fraction with more starch and protein than bran. Widely used in animal feed formulations where energy and palatability matter.
